My name is Brittany K Blando and I began photographing weddings in 2002. After nearly a decade of documenting all kinds of gorgeous “I Do’s,” I walked down the aisle myself, in the fall of 2012. As a professionally trained photographer and a recent bride, I understand the energy that gets put into every little detail of this glorious day; all the hours spent daydreaming, brainstorming, scrutinizing, list-making, number-crunching, coordinating and anticipating. And then, on your wedding day, you leave all of that behind you and everything is perfect. You never want it to end, but it does, and much too quickly! Thank goodness for your wedding photos, right?

As your wedding photographer I know that I am capturing heartfelt moments that you will re-live every time you look at your album. My brand was built on crafting one-of-a-kind imagery that tells a story and showcases the uniqueness of each celebration. Translation: My goal is to produce crazy-good images that will blow you away. In addition, I want to be as helpful to you as possible! I want you to feel comfortable connecting with me at any point during your wedding planning to discuss photography, design, vendor recommendations or the latest eposiod of The Real Housewives. (Hey! Leave Kim Zolciak alone, right?!)

I photograph 30 weddings per year and book quickly. My studio is run by me and guarded by my ferociously handsome Boston Terrier, Ollie. High season is May-October and I love every second of it.

Your photographs will be captured with top-of-the-line Canon cameras and lenses. I work with natural light as much as possible, and my work is known for its editorial flair and “striking, “poppy” color. I adopted this style while studying under acclaimed fashion photographers and photojournalists at The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University where I earned a BFA. The studio’s work has been published in Brides Magazine, Boston Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style and The Knot Magazine. I have been recognized as an "Editor’s Pick" by The Knot Magazine since 2007 and show consistently positive consumer reviews through WeddingWire.com.

Wedding photography has taken me all over the U.S. and beyond, including Florida, Missouri, Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and the Caribbean Islands. I am available for weddings of all cultures and religions.
